Welcome to the recollengine. This is a collectively edited document of human knowledge. It is not a crowd sourced encyclopedia, as we are not concerned with facts or citation. We are interested in your memories.

It is a requirement of recollengine that no one write or edit any page on any subject, work of art (or literature or performance...), or area of knowledge that they have studied, seen or read about in the last TEN YEARS. This will be self-policed. While editing is fine, consider just adding to the posts as we are very uninterested in making sure this site is "correct."

Don't worry about facts or names. There's no "right" or "wrong" in how we remember things. If you want to be funny, go ahead. If you want to try and just recollect the thematic core or meaning you derived from the work, that's okay too. If you want to try your best to restate the plot, that's obviously fine.

And if you need inspiration, why not pick one of Time's [100 Greatest novels] (???) or AFI's [100 Greatest Films] (again, ???) and write on something you loved in high school?
